The Rev. Deacon Susan Schrader is deeply passionate about sharing love with all people and serving those in need. She joined St. Andrew’s in January 2025, bringing with her a strong background in outreach and youth ministry.

In her professional life, Susan is a special education math teacher at South Edgecombe Middle School in Pinetops. She is the proud mother of two daughters: Jessica, a veterinarian at the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center of Minnesota, and Crystal, who holds a degree in marine biology and currently lives in Jamestown, New York with her father.

Susan has been in a relationship with Toby Lamm for three years, and together they enjoy exercising,  hiking and going on travel adventures. In her free time, she loves scrapbooking and spending time outdoors.
